Ingredients
4 pork chops
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the pork chops
Pat the pork chops dry and season with:
salt
pepper
paprika
Rub the seasoning evenly on both sides. - Sear the pork chops
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until nicely browned.
Remove them from the pan and set aside. - Make the brown sugar glaze
In the same skillet:
melt the butter
add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds
stir in the brown sugar and soy sauce
Let the sauce bubble for 1–2 minutes until it becomes thick and glossy. - Finish cooking
Return the pork chops to the skillet.
Spoon the glaze over them and cook 2–3 more minutes until coated and caramelized.
