Fresh Lemon, Cucumber & Mint Detox Drink

Ingredients:
1 liter cold water or mineral water
1 fresh lemon, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
A handful of fresh mint leaves
1 small piece of fresh ginger, sliced or grated
1 teaspoon natural honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Preparation Method:
Add the lemon slices, cucumber, mint leaves, and ginger to a large jug or jar.
Pour the cold water over the ingredients.
Add honey if desired and stir gently.
Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Add ice cubes if you prefer it extra cold, then serve and enjoy.
