🥄 5-Minute Chia Pudding (No Wait Recipe)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat…)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Quick-thickener (key trick 👇):
2–3 tbsp yogurt OR
1/2 mashed banana
⚡ Instructions (5 minutes total):
In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds + milk.
Stir well for 30 seconds (important to avoid clumps).
Add yogurt OR mashed banana → this makes it thicken instantly.
Let it sit for 3–5 minutes, stirring once in between.
Add sweetener + vanilla.
Top with fruits, nuts, or granola.
