4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Creamy Potatoes

Ingredients (Just 4!)
2 lbs (about 900g) potatoes (Yukon Gold or russet), peeled & thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet onion soup mix
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Prep the potatoes – Peel and slice them thin (about ¼ inch thick for even cooking).
Layer in slow cooker – Lightly grease the slow cooker. Add a layer of potatoes, sprinkle some onion soup mix, drizzle a little cream, then add cheese. Repeat layers until everything is used.
Cook – Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Potatoes should be fork-tender.
Finish & serve – Stir gently before serving for extra creaminess.
