6 large croissants (day-old works best)
2 cups diced ham
2 cups shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
ΒΌ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
Β½ teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional but amazing)
Pinch of salt & black pepper

1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ Prep the Croissants
Slice croissants in half or tear into large chunks.
Layer half in the baking dish.
3️⃣ Add Fillings
Sprinkle half the ham and cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
4️⃣ Make the Custard
In a bowl, whisk:
Eggs
Milk
Heavy cream
Salt & pepper
Dijon (if using)
