Rustic No-Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal (for dusting)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, and active dry yeast.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture and stir until combined. Add minced garlic and rosemary and stir again.
- Cover the bowl with a damp towel or plastic wrap, and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a baking dish or Dutch oven in the oven while it heats up.
- Dust your work surface with cornmeal and turn the dough out onto it. Shape the dough into a rustic round loaf.
- Carefully remove the heated baking dish from the oven, place the dough inside, and cover with a lid.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
