Cheesy Taco Sticks Delight

Ingredients
Filling
250 g ground beef (or chicken)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 packet taco seasoning (or DIY: paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cheesy sticks
1 tube pizza dough or puff pastry
1½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar works best)
1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Optional toppings
Sesame seeds or dried parsley
Chili flakes
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Cook the taco meat
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft. Add meat and cook until browned. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare the dough
Roll out dough and cut into long rectangles (stick size).
Fill & roll
Place cooked meat and shredded cheese in the center of each strip. Fold and seal tightly.
Brush & top
Place sticks seam-side down on a baking tray. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle toppings.
Bake
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve hot
