  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 500 g (1 lb) baby potatoes (whole or halved)

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Optional: ¼ cup cooked bacon bits

  1. Prepare the base
