Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup chopped Purple Cabbage
Juice of 1 Lime
1 small piece Ginger (about 1–2 cm)
5–6 leaves Mint
1–2 cups cold water or coconut water
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Wash all ingredients well.
Chop the purple cabbage into small pieces.
Add blueberries, cabbage, lime juice, ginger, and mint to a blender.
Pour in the water or coconut water.
Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
Strain if you want a smoother juice, or drink it as a smoothie.
Serve cold and enjoy.
How to Drink
Drink 1 glass in the morning or between meals.
Sip slowly for about 10–15 minutes.
